Description :: • To work with the software company to implement, maintain, support and perform enhancement on ERP&MRP and other related applications.
• To prepare, record and maintain project and system documentation.
• System requirements study and conduct training for user.
• Daily troubleshooting, creating and designing new reports.
• To assist in database backup and recovery.
• Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
• Support company IT infrastructure and system troubleshooting.
• Self-learner and open to new challenges / technologies.
• Strong analytical and has ability to work well within a team.
• To handle ad hoc assignments when required.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• with at least 1 year working experience
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates with knowledge of ERP and/or Accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Preferably candidates with knowledge of Linux and/or MySQL database.
