Description :: - Responsible to provide solutions to end users inquiry which include but not limited to problem identification, diagnose and solving issue related to hardware and software, networking within timely manner.
- To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
- It will be necessary to work with information technology and associated systems in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with the rules and regulations.
- To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
- To service the end users with regards to hardware and software malfunction through active trouble shooting and provide speedy solutions.
- Respond to End Users inquiries which includes problem identification, escalation and resolution of hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently.
- Ability to work under tight dateline.
- Must be skilled in MS Excel (at least up to Intermediate level)
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
