- - Escalate to next level of support where necessary
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Antivirus updates and scans
- Prepare automation data entry (vba/aotoit/ms access)
- Provide user training.
- Network/ipcamera and IT maintenance.
- Manage the overall server storage capacity and ensuring all user clear their computer from time to time to maximize storage capacity. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in a similar industry
- 5 working days & 1st Saturday of the month only
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Visual Basic, Oracle, MS Office, MS SQL Server, UNIX.
