Description :: - Setup and maintain the Window XP, Window Server 2003/2000, Microsoft SQL 2005/2000, Active Directory, CA BrightStore Backup Software, Microsoft Office applications, email server, PABX and Symantec server.
- Manage & maintain the operations of the servers and networks in the company, including of database management, software distribution, user profile maintenance, software version control back-up / recovery and virus protection.
- Responsible for network administration (LAN), including cabling, setting up, maintain and troubleshoot print servers, hubs, routers & switches.
- Conduct housekeeping, backup, restore, user security control, system monitoring, start-up and shut down of systems.
- Provide support for ERP application system (MS Dynamics AX) and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems.
- Provide technical support (installation, configurations, troubleshoot problems) to end users and conduct end user training.
Requirements :: - Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with preferable 1 year related experience, especially with ERP knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with Ms SQL server database operations and administration.
Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office and Network Certification or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet deadline.
- Fresh graduates with good academic result are also encouraged to apply.
