Description :: • Provide helpdesk IT support to users
• Support and troubleshooting of hardware & software issues over the phone, Internet or in person, and resolve the computing problems in a timely manner
• Responsible for network equipment, shop-floor equipment and Windows servers - setup/deployment and preventive/corrective maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Document and review processes and procedures
Requirements :: • Degree/Diploma in IT or related discipline
• At least 3 years of practical experience in related field
• Good knowledge in PCs, Operating Systems, networking and Microsoft Server technologies
• Good problem solving skills
