Description :: - To lead the IT department in providing application and technical support to the users and advise users to leverage on IT to improve their operations
- To manage all resources under the IT department.
- To manage the request for business information/ reports and ensure timely delivery of the requested information to the business users.
- To study and analyze the business requirements from users departments and translate these requirements into ERP functions.
- To work with ERP vendor on the customization of the ERP system to meet user requirements.
- To support all the operational units/departments in testing ERP system, making sure the customization is completed properly in accordance to users’ requirements.
- To ensure all the users are properly trained to use the ERP system effectively carry out their tasks.
- Develop / modify customized reports as per request by the user.
- To troubleshoot and ensure prompt resolutions of ERP problem reported.
- To coordinate with the vendor to ensure the ERP software is continuously update/enhance, upgraded to meet the business needs.
- To procure all IT related hardware, software and services.
Requirements :: - Min. Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or equivalent with at least 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Competence in relevant functional knowledge in the areas of manufacturing, ERP, planning and project management and system implementation methodology.
- Completed at least one ERP project
- Proactive and able to handle multi-task in challenging environment and possess great initiative and tenacity in handling difficult situations.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS SQL, asp.net, SQL Query and Visual Basic
