- 1. Implementing IT system security in the organization to ensure safety of data and IT systems.
2. In-charge of overseeing the organization the system.
3. Control the management and maintenance of computer work station.
4. Control the training of staff to ensure they are able to competently use computer software and hardware.
5. Providing support in troubleshooting of computer problems.
6. Control the proper storage of all company data of record and back-ups.
7. Provides expert technical support to other computer employees in the organization.
8. Interacting with clients on a daily basis to be able to see and understand their IT problems and provide competent solutions to these problems.
9. Ensuring smooth and efficient running of all IT systems in the organization.
10. Communicating with top management in regards to IT related issues.
11. Identifying new computer systems and trends in the market so that the organization’s IT status is always on the forefront.
12. Ensuring the standard local licensing requirements are met and fulfilled.
13. Coming up with the budget for the department and implementing it.
14. To review and assess hardware and software related issues, including but not limited to all the following: Security, telecommunications, network and CCTV, Wifi router and switches, Inventory control, including share PC/Laptop
15. To manage and maintain good accessible of the following: Email server management, Printing accounts Management, Employees thumb tags system
16. Ensure smooth implementation of ERP - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): trouble shooting
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
