- 1) Responsibilities:
- Work together with Account Manager to manage customer accounts for pre-sales, and pre and post-delivery support.
2) Key Competencies:
- Experience and knowledgeable in IT Infra related field as below;
- Windows Operating System for PC and Server.
- Microsoft Solution such as Active Directory, Exchange and etc.
- Basic Network knowledge LAN and WAN.
- Storage and Backup Solution.
- Manufacturing Related Solution will be added advantage - Requirements :
- - Diploma or above in IT Related Field
- Able to communicate in Japanese language is preferred
- 3 years and above working experience in IT Infra Related (PC, Server, and Networking).
- Result oriented and willing to learn new product and technologies supported by the company.
- Able to work under pressure and independently without much supervision.
- Candidates must be customer-oriented, disciplined, initiative driven and with good personality.
- A team player, matured, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
