- - Technical Support at the helpdesk and trouble shooting
- Provide support remotely and physically on site
- Follow-up and have strong sense of ownership and sense of urgency for all cases to ensure complete closure and maximize customer satisfaction

- Good command in SPOKE AND WRITTEN Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on call and perform overtime as and when it requires
- Able to work effectively independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
