- - Second line maintenance for specific network elements.
- Test all new software and hardware releases for first application (Test Bed)
- Roll out tested SW releases and work orders throughout the whole network
- Network element surveillance based on alarms, statistics measurements to discover malfunctions and recurring disturbances.
- Correct all problems detected and ensure the correct handling of future similar issues. Maintain lesson learned database.
- Perform network operations center routines as defined and ensure required updates to improve the operational service quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance of network elements.
- Implement continuously modifications to existing operations support systems to optimize the fault finding or to support new products and services
- Responsible for interfacing between the operations and maintenance organization and the vendors technical assistance center
- In the case of emergency or mayor events, back office personnel are to act immediately, prioritizes for trouble shooting and restoration of services
- Generally supports all technical issues that arise in the operations and maintenance Organization
- Reponses the service request or incident ticket in time and escalate to next level with in SLA
- Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support with on-call rotation and flexible schedule with weekend support - Requirements :
- - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Preferable Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows Server OS, Sybase, shell/perl scripting, Citrix, Remedy, VMWare.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration, system administrator and storage experience.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in similar function working with OSS RC administration and 4 years in telecommunication operations
- Strong experience in Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows Server OS, Sybase, shell/perl scripting, Citrix, Remedy, VMWare.
- Able to manage the complex OSS system and related tools, plan work order implementation, prioritize tasks.
- Able to use, develop and optimize the OSS function and the related tools.
- Be able to maintain quality and professional change control
- Ready to provide on call duty for troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent English knowledge verbal and written is a must
- Have a proactive attitude towards all the network related issues
- Be very organized in task management
- Leadership skills in organizing technical projects
- Good documentation skills capable to describe complicated technical issues
- Able to perform under stress and carry the responsibility, prioritize
- Computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc
- Able to learn and to adapt knowledge to maintain also Huawei products - Lowest Qualification :
