- To manage the overall office administration, human resource administration and stock inventory functions
To implement and maintain an efficient office administration and accounting system
To liaise with external bodies such as banks, government bodies ,company secretary for company matters pertaining to taxation,
auditing ,company secretarial matters and government and statutory legislative requirements
Responsible for supervision of subordinate staff and the allocation of responsibilities to them
To carry out any related duties and task as and when required by the management
Possess a basic knowledge of accounting - Requirements :
- Diploma/ Degree in Administartion or related course
Experienced in establishing and managing FAD in a trading environment
Minimum 2 years experience working in management level
Able to multi task in small company environment
Should be competent in a computerised working environment
Preferably familiar with Autocount software - Lowest Qualification :
