Description :: Liaises with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organisation requirements
Assists to prepare and review the business processes, requirement and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions.
Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.
Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.
Leads the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all the business documents.
Assists in the user training and presentation when required.
Assists to define intuitive user interface design (process flows, wire frames, mock ups and prototypes)
Requirements :: At least Bachelor Degree in IT or higher
Possess knowledge and understanding in application programming, high level system and database design.
Possess knowledge in Agile Development Cycle and other SDLCs.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
Candidates should be able to travel for overseas projects if required.
