Description :: '-Assist in administering ERP system from manufacturing to finance office in the areas of stock taking, financial closing, inventory reporting.
- Train the ERP end users to achieve efficiency of work.
- Responsible to assist in administering the complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system throughout the processes from manufacturing till Finance Department.
- Responsible to ensure smooth monthly activities include stock take, financial closing, inventories balance report and others.
- Responsible to trouble shoot system failure, train and develop existing and new ERP users to achieve efficiency.
Requirements :: '-Preferably with diploma in IT (Network/ System/ Database Admin) or equivalent.
-Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Able to independently. Knowledge in SQL, ERP and Crystal Report will be an added advantage. Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words/Power Point.
