Description :
1. to Achieve specific PP quota for identified and allocated account.
2. Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
3. Provide “Pristine (Faultless and Flawlee) Service” to all customers who is the reason for our business existence.
4. Close monitoring of Ricoh MIF for R2R rollover & upgrades.
5. Search out and close O2R prospects with account managers.
6. Do onsite sales calls with account managers (strong emphasis on Negotiation, Demonstration & Closing stages of the SPANCO process).
7. Conduct product/solutions demonstrations during sales & marketing events.
8. Conduct product training (HV Product) for sales personnel.
9. Conduct “demoramas” to evaluate account managers’ proficiencies.
10. Constantly research and update on competitors & market information.
11. Submit timely reports required by immediate supervisor.
12. Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 requirements and standards.
13. Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time time.
 
Requirements :
1. Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business Admin. However, applicants with more that 5 year’s relevant experience without the necessary qualification will also be considered.
2. Minimum three (3) years working experience in the Printing, IT or OA industry.
3. Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales required and Graphic Arts and Printing Press knowledge would be advantageous.
4. Self motivated and hardworking.
5. Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
6. Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
7. Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Good customer relationship building skill.
9. Able to communicate with all levels in an organization.
