Description :: To handle training enquires.
To prepare quotes, proposal and follow up.
To assist in mapping out training plans, designing and developing training programe.
To decide appropriate training facilities and methods for the specific training classes.
To prepare and compile training material and aids.
To gather, analyze and evaluate Customer Satisfaction result.
To prepare Training Sales Report on monthly basis.
To issue Training certificate upon completion of course.
To ensure payment received before the course commences
Requirements :: Minimum Certificate holder or equivalent, with at least 1 year working experience.
Possess a high degree of initiative and integrity.
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
Excellent communication and customer friendly.
A good team player and cheerful disposition.
IT and MS office fluency.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
