-Providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfilment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives
-Follow standard help desk procedures/guideline
-Log all help desk interactions
-Escalation to senior helpdesk for resolution
-Identify and escalate high priority incident
-Stay up to date with changes and updates 
Requirements :
Language Skills
-Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
-Additional languages (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) is a strong asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Minimum Diploma in IT
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
-Basic skill in Windows OS, desktop and Internet applications
-No working experience required and training will be provided
-Willing to work on shift (14 shift work per month, remaining 16 days off)
-Team oriented
-Flexible attitude, proactive, reliable and service oriented
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to prioritize and manage workload
-Customer friendly approach and appearance
-Malaysian citizen
