Description :: -Provide support and maintain shop floors MES systems.
-Provide technical support and maintain Wintel server, SAN storage, Cisco network devices and data centre operations.
-Monitor and ensure smooth operation in IT infrastructure which cover both office & production.
-Troubleshoot client's hardware, software and application problems.
-Manage inventory of all Server hardware and network activity and passive component.
-Manage IT infrastructure/system expansion project of the company.
-Standby as and when required for IT support during weekend or public holidays.
Requirements :: -At least a Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
-Those who are Microsoft Certified (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP), and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) are encouraged to apply.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-A fast learner & passion about new concepts & technologies.
-Strong analytical mind and willing to accept new challenges.
-Self-motivated, ability to work independently.
