1- To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered.
2- To provide guidance to clients for products & services.
3- To reply to clients via Helpdesk.
4- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
5- Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance upgrades
6- Responding to breakdowns.
7- To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues.
8- Provide Helpdesk support and ensure tickets are responded and resolved.
9- Any other task assigned by Supervisor. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years specialized in IT/ Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
- Good working attitude with good attendance record.
- 3 full time positions available.
- Possess own transport.
