Description :: •To perform duties related to Service Desk request / incident resolution with response meeting service level agreement.
•Diagnose user issues using appropriate tools and remote session applications.
•Assist users in resolution of passwords (Windows, O365, SAP, SuccessFactors, Maximo etc.), mapping network drives, etc.
•Centralized user account administration with alignment to global security policy.
•Respond to problem tickets using the Manage Engine (now), ServiceNow (future) ticketing system.
•Provide basic instruction to users on the use of PC, VPN and standard applications.
•Provide level 1 MES & SAP support to global sites.
•Monitor Systems/Networks globally and able to do right escalation and ticket assignment.
•Maintain a clear Customer Satisfaction focus and be able to communicate to users on a non-technical level.
•Maintain good housekeeping practices in relation to all information systems, and working to the principles of the 5 S systems.
Requirements :: •Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or equivalent.
•Experience of 2-5 years in a manufacturing industry environment.
•Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams.
•Willing to work extra hour, able to perform under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
•Able to Read, write and speak in English.
•Good verbal & written skills in English will be an added advantage.
•Experience in Manage Engine Service Desk, ServiceNow, Remote session software, Symantec EndPoint, Bit9 & Carbon black, VPN, SharePoint will be added advantage.
