Description :: • Provide post-sales technical support to business partner/customer to resolve technical queries for company product.
• Provide/propose solution to customer on application inquiry.
• Support sales team to handle customer technical queries.
• Provide technical clarification to customer when required.
• Setup & manage technical seminar or product demonstration to customer.
• Prepare & conduct technical presentation/training for event or customer visit.
• Identify product issue & liaise with oversea supplier,prepare warranty claim report if necessary.
• Technical activities report to be generated weekly.
Requirements :: • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related qualification.
• Basic programming knowledge in Motion control/PLC/PC Base language will be an advantage.
• 1 year experience in related field will be an advantage.
• Require spoken language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a team player in a dynamic & challenging environment.
• Process own car for local customer travelling.
• Oversea or outstation travel required.
