Description :: 1. Server Inventory Finalize the server’s inventory details.
2. Highlight any obsolescence/exception issues & raise Phoenix Risks to be accepted by /Apps Owner for non-compliance to the regulatory requirements.
3. Testing & Signoff Install agents to Test environments and kick start the testing with
Apps/Infra team
4. Obtain Apps/Infra team Signoff to get CRs Approved.
5. Release Plan Coordinate with Apps/Infra team to finalize release plan and produce a
week by week deployment list of servers.
6. Change Requests Raise the CRs in monthly “batches” – coordinate with Apps/Infra team
7. on detail schedule & “green” windows.
8. Coordinate with deployment teams (ATOS, ISO/UMS, PSS) to get the CRs approved.
9. Attend Pre-CAB/CAB, chase all Approvers and get CRs approved.
10. Implementation Agents deployment (via UMS/Altiris or manual) - Change verification and signoff
11. Security Monitoring Onboarding Assist GIS M&R team to onboard/baseline the
logs/alerts.
12. Track all issues and coordinate with ATOS, ISO, DBA, PSS teams for issue
resolution or info clarification.
13. Final Signoff Obtain Final Signoff from Apps/Infra team to confirm all related servers are installed with agents.
14. All required Phoenix Risks are raised and accepted (record required for Audit/regulatory purposes)
15. Provide regular updates on progress – create a tracker and dashboard.
16. Escalate all issues to the SCB Project Manager.
17. Undertake any additional activities as directed by the SCB Project Manager.
Requirements :: 1. Project Lead approx 7-8 years of IT working experience in large international organization on Unix and Windows platform skills, and good communication and project coordination
2. Unix and Windows operating system skills – install agents, investigate & resolve issues
3. Project Lead to have good project coordination experience, communication skills
4. Require to work on weekends to implement/deploy the security agents
5. IT Security tools/products experience like Symantec and Imperva products is useful
6. Good methodical attitude and approach
