- - IT Technical Support Specialist (TSS), is responsible in carrying out 1st level support and troubleshooting of all PC and peripherals in the organization. He/she needs to ensure that all Ticket problem raised are resolved within allowed TAT.
- Responsible in ensuring all problem tickets assigned are resolved within allowed TAT.
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting of problem raised.
- Ensure all PCs and peripherals are in good working condition.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot printers, copier, fax and hardphone
- Ensuring 2nd level escalation are forwarded to the correct parties and follow up. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
