Description :: 1. To ensure a proper quality check of all orders going out to clients in terms of functionality,cosmetic and order completeness.
2. Device sampling procedures and directions for R&D methods.
3. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities and report on a monthly basis.
4. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and report it on a weekly basis.
5. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
6. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
7. Develop reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities.
8. To ensure a proper quality check of all orders going out to clients in terms of functionality,cosmetic and order completeness.
9. To conduct ad hoc spot checks to ensure the technicians are following the SOP during audit & order processing.
10. Recording of abnormalities and complaints during order/audit preparation and customer dissatisfaction.
11. Investigation of abnormalities and complaints including root cause analysis and
recommending preventative measures.
12. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, RMA equipment and corrective actions.
13. Ensuring that appropriate processes are implemented and put in practice to fully satisfy customer needs and expectations and Company objectives.
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or AdvancedCertificate in IT hardware related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in working in a quality assurance role in a system builderor production/assembly line environment.
3. Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who is able to work across various departments.
4. Analytical and pays attention to detail.
5. Good command in English – both verbal and written. Able to write simple reports well.
6. Good problem analysis and problem solving skills.
