Description :: 1. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and
commercial specifications required for the project
2. To maintain accurate records of purchases
3. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules. Expedite to Procurement Manager if needed.
4. Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
5. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors closely monitors
supplier’s delivery and quality performance. To work with supplier on an action plan if
performance falls below expectations.
6. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
2. Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management,
Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
