Description :: Responsible for maintaining the ERP system, networking, company server and database; troubleshoot hardware and software problem.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
• Maintain hardware e.g. personal computers, printers and etc, server and network environment in good condition.
• Ensure enough security of networking, server and data.
• Troubleshoot and solving users’ hardware and software problems.
• Implement ERP system.
• Review and report periodically the utilization and performance of ERP system, in terms of hardware and software, to top management to improve the system.
• Fine-tuning business application system in order to make users’ works more efficiency.

Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
• Educate and training users of applications and new technology.
• Purchase of hardware, software and consumable items e.g. ink cartridge, toner cartridge and ribbons.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Authorities:
• Review and comment to computer hardware and software, office equipment requisition from departments.
Requirements :: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Having knowledge of MRP system and ERP system.
• Having good technical knowledge of personal computer, Operating system and Windows 2000 server system, networking and database.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in speaking, writing reading both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Desirable Qualifications:
• Preferably with Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent.
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
