Description :: 1. Provide consultation services and support on SAP Business By Design product implementation, updates, enhancement, integration, customization, conversion, installation and migration tasks. Provide assistance to business users during cut-over and data migration phases.

2. Leads and/or participates in all phases of software implementation; requirements gathering, solution design and specifications, documentation, development, configuration, testing phases (project, system and business acceptance), launches, and post go-live support.

3. Support of existing global processes and interfaces as well as international roll-outs of global processes. Collaborate and consult within the SAP global team regarding concept design and implementation - in line with the Business and SAP strategies

4. Perform application and technical work under direction of the Lead Solution Consultant and Project Manager. Prepare statistical reports required for project cycles, future pipelines and on all project activities for management review.

5. Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SAP Business ByDesign. Design and develop new solutions for clients to address any gaps between business requirements and system capabilities.

6. Whenever required, to undertake delivery of software / product trainings in a classroom or on-site setting. Communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences.

7. Develop basic understanding of the client/server technical environment, associated concepts and MS-SQL databases.

8. Communicate obstacles or elements that may exceed the scope of work. Ensure projects are completed according to deliverables set and timeline given.

9. Engaged in pre-sales support and networking as needed. Diversify and intensify SAP product value propositions and marketability, awareness and continuous usage by constantly seeking new opportunities to upsell and cross- sell SAP solutions.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Solution Consultant and Project Manager.
Requirements :: 1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (SAP Certification added advantage)

2. Minimum 2 years’ working experience in IT software solutions. Good foundation of information technology trends & developments, SAP industry

3. Knowledge and technical skill sets in supporting other software applications (HR, Accounting, CRM or ERP Solutions)

4. Knowledge in IFCA/IFS/SAP Business One and integration with other SAP modules is an added advantage

5. GST, pre-sales and project management knowledge are added advantages

6. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MS Office and SQL scripting is essential.

7. Required language(s): English and Malay. Spoken Mandarin and Chinese languages are added advantages

8. Demonstrate strong, analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to resolve application and business processes’ issues.

9. Willing to travel and possess own transport if required.
