- - Provide Application Support on Seagate applications
- Expected to lead 3 - 4 support engineers to carry out support project related activities and take ownership on the deliverables/outcome
- Require to work closely with technical/development team for system complex issue investigation and implement solutions to comment problems
- Perform root-cause analysis on the customer issues and work on future prevention plan
- Prepare to answers technical support queries and implements fixes for application problems, works on cross-functional teams to proactively address support issues.
- Creates and maintains documentation for supported applications, coordinates with customers to resolve technical support issues - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong problem solving and solution oriented abilities.
- Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative to problem solving.
- Understand the method to prepare troubleshooting documentation and problem resolution steps.
- ITIL certified candidate has added advantage on this application
- Preferable with experience in project management and interested to switch to do application support
- Preferable with Identity Management implementation experience but not mandatory - Lowest Qualification :
