• Translate usability and user research finding into actionable and measurable design improvements.
• Knowledge of current web standards and browser/platform compatibility issues. The ideal people for this role is someone who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic, a commitment to continuous improvement and have the ability to build any business case.
Requirements :: • Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Multimedia Design or any related studies.
• Proficient in using HTML, CSS, ASP, ASP.net, PHP, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash and JQuery.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with designers and IT programmers to create the perfect rich internet application.
• Ability to work with independently under minimum supervision
• Familiar and comfortable with common APIs ( Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc) any ability to master new API's quickly. This is an added advantage.
• Experience developing and customizing sites built on open source content management systems (Word Press, Drupal, Joomla, Expression Engine)
• A real passion and curiosity for digital technology is vital.
• Must be proactive, possess good discipline, organized, resourceful and with good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
• Ability to work with independently under minimum supervision.
