- As software or solution development engineer in Design Technology Solutions (DTS), you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop tools and solutions that meet Intel's specific, rapidly evolving requirements for designing, manufacturing and testing of Intel products. We work very closely with design and product engineers around the world, to understand their technical challenges, and to develop tools and solutions to overcome those challenges. We help them apply our solutions to answer critical questions, and to address their design and manufacturing objectives. The daily work in DTS spans the complete development life cycle, from early research to production with industrial robustness and quality. To deliver critical new features in our established solutions, or to create new capabilities beyond the state of art in the industry, our teams frequently go through all steps in development cycle - problem analysis, requirements definition, design, prototyping, coding, test, and deployment. As a member of our team, you are expected to perform complex product design, systems analysis and programming activities on applications software which may require some research. Success in this fast-paced, results-oriented environment requires strong analytical skills, good collaborative skills, technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Requirements :
- -Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
-3+ years' experience in C#/C++/Java/Perl/ coding skills and strong Data Base knowledge
-2 year experience with analytical skills for problem abstraction
-12-18 months experience in broad theoretical knowledge in computer science, including algorithms and data structures
-12-18 months familiarity with standard software engineering practices for version control, configuration management, testing, root cause analysis, and quality assurance
-Programming experience on Linux, Microsoft Windows, and Apple platforms
-Experience with Web Application Frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails
-Programming experience on desktop platforms such as Microsoft.NET framework
-Firm grasp of programming tools such as compilers, linker, and debuggers
-Experience with Rapid Software Prototyping - Lowest Qualification :
