Description :: 1. Provide effective and quality training, understand the delivery methods, audience, staff learning and information needs;
2. Translate and develop these needs into relevant training content, agendas and materials
3. Developing in-house as well as on-the-job training and development programs for Exact ADC as well as its sister companies;
4. Customize training programs designed to match and enhance developers' performance and continuous learning ;
5. Provide guidance to staff with respect to technology use and evaluation of their progression.
Requirements :: 1. A minimum total of 5 years relevant experience with desired spread of 3 years in software development and 2 years in technical training / software consulting experience.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
3. Applicants possessing Microsoft Certification (e.g. MCSD / MCP etc) will be an added advantage.
4. Travel may be required on a need basis.
5. Preferably senior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
