Description :: 1. Maintain hardware e.g. personal computers, printers and etc, server and network environment in good condition.
2. Troubleshoot and solving users’ hardware and software problems.
3. ERP first level helpdesk and generate report from Microsoft SQL database based on user requirement.
4. Linux or Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Having good technical knowledge of personal computer, Operating system, networking and troubleshooting.
4. ERP related experience or generate report from Microsoft SQL database
5. Linux administration and MySQL knowledge is an advantage.
6. Fluent in speaking, writing reading both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
