Description :: 1. Maintain and monitor computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, applications software, and all configurations
2. Troubleshooting and technical support in PC Software and Hardware
3. Day to day System Administration, Maintenance and Backup
4. Responsible for Hardware, Network and Technical Documentations
5. Provide PC software training and documentation to enable users to operate the system in effective and efficient manner
6. System Installation, Upgrade, Security, Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning
7. Responsible on the Daily update asset list and documentation.
8. Responsible on Purchasing hardware and Liase closely with Vendor.
9. Responsible on the IP Phone, CCTV, Door Access system and PABX system.
10. Any other duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements :: 1. Diplomal/Degree in Computer Science or related field
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the IT System Support
3. Knowledge on Iscala would be an advantage
4. Able to work independently
5. A team player who is self-motivated
6. Good communication skills
7. Analytical and meticulous for details
