Description :: 1. Provide support to clients on web applications.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, performance.
3. Monitor the applications and systems alerts and attend to them proactively.
4. Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to deploy and configure web applications to staging and production environments.
5. Communicate issues and status to various groups including client, infrastructure, development and QA teams.
6. Follow up on issue status, work with developers/infrastructure supports on root cause analysis, resolution and update tickets timely logged in helpdesk system.
7. Continue improvement to meet service level agreement with clients.
8. Must have strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
9. Proven ability to work in a team environment with good learning attitude.
10. Perform any ad-hoc duties which will be assigned by superior as and when required
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, IT/System related or equivalent.
2. Applicants must be willing to work on 24x7 shift.
3. Required skill(s): MS SQL Server Database and IIS Web Server.
4. Knowledge of Administration of Microsoft Windows Server is added advantage.
5. Required language(s): English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
6. With 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
7. Preferably someone who have experience in Software Application Support/Development knowledge or equivalent.
8. Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage.
9. Possess strong problem solving and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a team environment with good learning attitude.
11. Applicants must be willing to work in KL.
12. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
