Description :
- Responsible for the application system. Provide system-level support of multi-user, software tools, including configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. Identify alternatives solutions to users.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaising extensively with external or internal users;
2. Analyzing user’s existing systems;
3. Translating user requirements into highly specified project briefs;
4. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
5. Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
6. Producing project feasibility reports;
7. Presenting proposals to users;
8. Develop or configure new solutions to variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
9. Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
10. Overseeing the implementation of a new system;
11. Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
12. Writing user manuals;
13. Providing training to users of a new system;
14. Keeping up to date with technical and industry sector developments
15. Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements :
1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
2. Fresh graduate with good CGP are encourage to apply.
3. Experience with conducting requirements gathering/design sessions for new functionality and customizations.
4. Strong knowledge of computer software development cycle.
5. Programming languages PL/SQL, ABAP and .Net will be added advantage.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Maintains strong attention to detail requirement
8. Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology
9. Requires good computer skills
