Description :: 1. Utilize your knowledge and talents in verification fundamentals and methodologies. Your unique strengths will be leveraged in validating IPs used in diverse products including servers, SoCs, tablets, smartphones, desktops & Ultrabooks.
2. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in delivering a Best in Class IP that is area & power optimized with challenging schedules. You will verify reusable designs that needs to meet performance and low power requirements on the latest 14nm and the upcoming 10nm process technology that are 2-3 generations ahead of the industry. This will require you to work closely with the digital and analog design teams as well as global methodology owners in ensuring the design meets product requirements and quality goals.
3. Support various product integration teams in integrating the IP under development. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with geo-diverse teams in analyzing, debugging and identifying the root cause of issues seen. We look forward to your innovative recommendations that accounts for technical and project constraints/requirements. This include developing a time based plan of action.
4. Continuously learn, master and improve the current design, integration as well as validation activities that forms the ASIC flow via automation, scripting, fresh ideas and unconventional thinking. You will be given the opportunity to grow into a technical expert who is able to make an impact on a global level.
5. Guide and develop team members in expanding their technical breath & depth by leveraging on your expertise & experience. This is done via active participation in design reviews, knowledge sharing and informal discussions and brainstorming session
Requirements :: 1. Expertise in standard verification flows and processes, including constraint random verification, testplan, BFM, verification infrastructure, test cases and functional coverage development.
2. Proficiency in OVM, UVM or VMM methodologies.
3. Experience in verifying complex, multi-clock and multi-power domain designs.
4. An ability to collaborate with a diverse team in a dynamic work environment.
5. Protocol knowledge in I/O specifications such as USB2, USB3, SATA, PCIe.
6. A love of problem solving and the motivation to stress test design with the goal of finding all possible design bugs.
7. An ability to comprehend design specifications and documentation and distill the information into a comprehensive testplan and validation strategy.
8. Working level mastery of Unix based design environment, industry standard digital design tools, scripting languages and ASIC flows.
9. A fluent communicator in both verbal and written forms.
10. An independent, motivated team player with leadership qualities.
11. Able to drive/influence issue resolution and proficient in stakeholder management
