Description :: -Provide software quality assurance supporting design and development of software solution and ensure that the project deliverables meet the required quality requirements
-Ensure software development activities are performed in accordance with process descriptions, standards and procedures
-Perform internal quality audits and to ensure effective resolution and preventive actions are taken to minimize re-occurrence for non-compliance issues
-Assist in implementation and review of software quality metrics as a gauge on the health of software development to provide early warnings of potential problems and risks for the project
-Support in the operation and maintenance of defect tracking tool
-Drive software quality and process improvement
-Promulgate software quality awareness within the company
Requirements :: -Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
-Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-Good understanding of software development methodologies, quality processes and standards
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge of various software development and defect tracking tools
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Candidate with CMMI / ISO 9001 certification or prior experience is an advantage
