•Maintain, implement upgrades, Monitor services, identify and resolve issues

•Build and manage strong business relationships with customers with deliver high quality IT infrastructure and services
•Provide consultation on improving customer’s IT Infrastructure
Requirements :: •Required skill(s): network management/solutions, server support, IT project management, IT support maintenance.
•Required language(s): English, Chinese
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Strong technical competency with corporate IT environment with Window server
•Experience with supporting Windows computers and Microsoft OS platforms
