Description :: •Responsible for the successful execution of resellers growth for the set of reseller's list assigned.
•Account management role by owning and achieving the target sales revenue quota of no less than RMXXXmillion
•Responsible in promoting products from commercial and consumer sectors for the execution of customer-centric growth
•Identify and provide project pipeline and accurate forecasting on a monthly basis and when deemed necessary by the Sales Manager.
•Work as a team to achieve quota assigned.
•Foster good and healthy partnership with the Indoor Sales assigned.
•Responsible on customers visitation and to identify growth and profitability to ensure allignment with business performance.
•Participating in reviewing internal operation excellence including and not limiting to periodic review of customer's credit, regular review on customer's payment behavior, monitoring on shipment of goods, providing sales quotations, determing on stock availability to ensure customer-centric excellence and processing of sales orders.
•Good understanding on distribution business.
•Partner with product management and technical team and assist to devise and execute product and solutions market strategies.
•Participate in events, functions, launches and trainings organized by vendors or internal to foster a closer partnership.
•To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
Requirements :: •Personal drive in achieving sales target assigned.
•Required language(s): English, Chinese & BM
•Experience in IT Sales will be added advantage
•Ability to think independently and possess a positive attitude with minimum supervision.
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business.
