Description :: • Lead and coordinate projet implementation and deployment and ensure the project completed according to the schedule.
• Conduct assessment and understanding of the customer system and network infrastructure
• Perform architecture design, configuration, and implementation plan
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and training on the implemented systems
• Install, and configure Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, Virtual machine Manager, Citrix, and VMware vSphere
• Liase with principle/vendors to resolve the issue within SLA
• Provide documentation for systems / network, include project plan, architecture diagram, build and configuration and etc.
• Provide back-office support to remote sites when required.
Requirements :: • 5 years and above experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge and skill set in deploying and supporting Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, VMware, or Citrix XenApp.
• Possess with certificate in MCSE - Communication / Messaging, MCSA - Office 365, Citrix CCA/CCEA, VCP 5.
• Able to analyze, diagnose, solve technical problems and manage service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player, highly motivated, well organized and result oriented.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and willing to travel.
• Candidate must be Malaysian citizen.
