Description :: Periodic 24 x 7 standby duty rotating within the team.
Conduct proper handover from the project team after commissioning of projects.
Manage post implementation support issues (fault call tickets)
Participate in regular operations review meetings, including operational issues, tickets review etc
Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
Provide Level 1/2 network operations support in the event of escalations.
Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization
Understand the client’s environment and perform changes to the network in-line with the clients’ process and policies.
Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to our clients is met.
Requirements :: Diagnosis skills of technical issues
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Proficient in Network and security troubleshooting
