Description :: Work with Product Designer and Senior Algorthim Expert to implement the next generation of Joobili products
Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
Coding website CMS
Applying visual design elements to CMS
API development to support applications like mobile App, website widgets and provide access to 3rd party services
Planning, preparing, testing and pushing releases for applications described above
Monitor, test and address application security
Identify and address performance bottlenecks
Participate in design and code reviews
Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
Requirements :: Expert knowledge of JavaScript
Expert knowledge of web technologies including but not limited to HTML/CSS/ and PHP
Knowledge of relational databases and query languages such as SQL
Knowledge of Python, node.js and Github would be beneficial
Functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) and AWS is preferred
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
Knowledge in the area of graphics and an interest in user interface design.
Comfortable integrating websites with other web applications and systems
Experience developing rich applications with HTML/CSS/JS/SQL
Understands web trends, including social media integration
Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
3+ years of experience building web applications
Experience working with mobile operating systems and native mobile languages is considered a plus
BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivelant experience
Excellent oral and written skills in English language.
