Description :: -Drive the project timeline, while ensuring that all key deliverable dates are consistently met.
-Collaborate with the Producers, design and programming team to develop, communicate and manage experiential project plans, budgeting
-Manage project communication: provides all relevant project Information to production, technology, creative and account team members in a timely manner
-Ensuring that all core objectives and deliverables meet client engagement standards
-Provide project management expertise and leadership - guiding internal teams to meet client goals and objectives in a balanced and positive approach
-This person will help manage the build of world class digital engagement experiences -- leading a team of in house programmers and multimedia designers coordinating real world experiential activations, leading content and -film production, overseeing the production of digital assets/content, and more.
-As a lead member of the team, responsibilities will include the full planning of experiential engagement, which include budgeting, managing timelines, leading internal and client communications, and ensuring assigned projects are launched successfully. The Project manager is to work closely with our ---Experiential Producers, whom will be responsible for bringing the creative vision to life and must have substantial project management experience in experiential and digital solutions project.
Requirements :: -Must have experience in managing multimedia projects for retails industries, -Museums/Galleries and large scale events.
-2-3 years of proven digital solutions and multimedia experience in the retail, museums, galleries or events industry
-Proven ability to estimate and develop budgets for clients, establish and manage complex timelines
-Possesses strong presentations skill, client-facing, interpersonal, and written communication skills required.
