- -Maintain all IT/Office equipment, including PC/Laptop, networks, servers, printers, scanners, fax machine and all other office facilities etc;
-Maintain all software and IT related licenses used by the Company including tracking of equipment warranties and service renewal before expiry etc.;
-Maintain IT security in accordance to group IT security policy;
-Work closely with Global IT on all IT issues in the region and attend all IT meetings as required;
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues;
-Install, support and maintain new server hardware and software infrastructure;
-Ensure all IT equipment complies with industry and company standards;
-Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords;
-Ensure routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security;
-Continuously learn new technologies/tools in the market;
-Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktop;
-Install authorized software on laptops and desktops;
-Files servers and database backup;
-IT Server Room Management;
-Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence;
-Manage Shared Drives and File Access Rights management;
-Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software;
-Point of Contact for all IT/Office Equipment related service providers
-Participate in project works as assigned;
-Any other work as assigned. - Requirements :
- -Bachelor Degree in Information Technology;
-A minimum of 2 years of working experience;
-Experience working in an international business environment;
-CISCO Network Engineer Certification preferred;
-Experience in supporting CISCO IP Phone System / Lotus Notes;
-Problem foreseen ability is expected, based on his previous work experience and good communication internally and externally;
-Identify and response to problems or unexpected situations quickly, capable to solve according to company guidelines independently or inform relevant parties promptly;
-Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal communication) and Mandarin;
-Good communication skills with different levels of people;
-Willing to travel at short notice. - Lowest Qualification :
