- We are looking for a talented individual with a variety of web design skills and knowledge including website / games / email / banner design, prototyping / wireframing, and flash animation. If you use Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and HTML. You will need to be able to design and develop rich front-end flash interfaces, websites and rich media advertising that meet the needs of all of their clients.

- Responsibilities:
• The Web Designer will be involved in the conceptual design and production of a wide variety of Websites.
• Effectively elaborates concepts and ideas into final applications for web pages or other designs requirements.
• The ability to design web interfaces using techniques based on design theory and functionality with smooth visual flow and compelling user experience.
• Providing creative solutions for a user-centric web experience, ensuring all materials are brand driven and convey a consistent identity.
• Contribute to improvements in the usability and design standards.
• To deliver on tight timelines, and to be responsible for creative quality of websites.
• Added advantage if familiar with designing POSM materials and marketing collaterals eg. Brochures, banner, poster, etc.
Requirements:
• Education in Design and/or New Media of equivalent experience.
• Expertise in current Internet standards (i.e. Web browsers and browser specifications)
• Proven design skills for developing web interfaces with a focus on user experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, works well with a team. Independent problem solving skills; flexibility to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in Joomla, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML or other web programming scripts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Dream Weaver, Flash and other web tools.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Preferred to have multilingual capabilities (English and Chinese)
