- Position Summary
- This individual is required to perform tasks related to compliance and revenue assurance discipline for all products and services offered by Tranglo.
- This individual will communicate and collaborate with Finance, Service Delivery, Technology and Sales Operations team member to achieve desired goals set by Tranglo’s Management.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing end-to-end standard and best practice for system, business process and human integration.
- Participate in various internal projects. Perform application compliance testing to ensure quality deliverables. Generate testing and quality report.
- Perform periodic Revenue assurance audit and checking on business systems and processes. Generate Revenue Assurance audit report.
- Perform periodic IN-OUT reconciliation between various data sources. Generate reconciliation reports.
- Error, problem and issue root-cause investigation and resolution. Generate error analysis and remedy report.
- Perform daily ‘sampling’ audit on transactions records, success-failure rate, product, pricing-package, open-close balance and other impacted parameters and business scenarios.
- Perform special ‘ad-hoc’ Revenue Assurance investigation task.

- Significant decrease in error, problem and issues in products and services.
- Significant decrease in revenue loss below threshold set by management.
- Significant decrease revenue leakage risk across departments.
- Significant Increase in term of quality of systems, data, functional, processes and human integration in performing day-to-day tasks.
- Successful and effective execution of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business Studies.
Experience
- Candidate with less than 2 years experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Skills
- Fluent verbal and written ability in English language.
- Good verbal and written ability Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language.
- Good people communication.
- Strong interest in troubleshooting and problem solving discipline.
- Hands on in Excel, Access, reporting and statistic techniques.
- Microsoft Office: Words, PowerPoint and Project.
- Basic Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Basic relational database management system (RDBMS) knowledge.
- Basic Information Technology and Telecommunications (ICT) business knowledge.
