- - To carry out all operation of commercial department and performs to the highest standard.
- To offer quotations to customer inquiry for sales, secure contracts and to follow up all orders closely and diligently.
- Co-ordinate among all department to generate quotation, invoices and follow up with payment.
- Carry out purchase scheduling, budget and cost control and budget planning.
- To liaise with customer of payment and delivery issue.
- Develop new business opportunities and to ensure smooth sales operations and optimize company profitability.
- Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and to generate new business leads through sales call or other methods.

- Evaluate and monitor all the customers’ activities on opportunities.

- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met. - Requirements :
- - Diploma in Business or other related courses.
- With at least 1-2 years experience in related industry will have distinct advantage.
- Have good knowledge in related industries.
- Computer literate.
- Possess good communication skill and pleasant personality.
- Able to work under pressure.
- On Job training will be provided. Computer-literate.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact well with other people.
- Pleasant disposition, responsible and enthusiastic.
