Description :: -For a team of Java Software Engineers, QA and business analysts
-Manage the development and delivery to meet requirement in an Agile environment included technical requirement analysis, software development, implementation, testing, deployment, support and maintenance of global products
-Coach and train the project team to become Agile Savvy
-Lead Project Team in completing the software development, enhancement and support work, and work with QA to ensure the quality of release software
-Work closely with the business to meet client requirement and liaison with other development teams and senior management globally
-Hands on development and testing
Requirements :: -Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
-First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM ǀ )
-Proficient with Agile engineering practices: Continuous Integration; Expertise in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
-Minimum 8 years’ software development experience with good exposure on enterprise-wide application systems utilizing J2EE technologies.
-Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
-Expert knowledge of Java, Weblogic, etc.
-Good knowledge and practical experience in Object Oriented programming concepts and Design Patterns
-Good command of English and excellent communication and leadership skill
