Description :: -Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
-Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
-Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
-Responsibility ask questions to determine nature of problem.
-Responsibility to install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
-Responsibility to install computer peripherals for users.
-Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
-Prepare reports and other documentation as required
-Managing help-desk team operation
-Handle escalation from team member or customer
-Responsibility to conduct daily operation meeting
-Act as contact point between customer and team members
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a SPM /Certificate /Diploma in IT /Computer Science
-Able to work under pressure
-Flexible on working overtime
-Candidate with Team Lead or Supervisory skills/ experience will be added advantage
-Minimum 3 years experience in the related field
-Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in team
