Description :: -Participate in application design, development, enhancements and implementation of system solutions.
-Responsibility perform system integration testing,conduct user acceptance testing and documentation of system application.
-Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyze user requirements, and recommend solutions.
-Applications support.
-Provide post production support.
-Provide onsite implementation support.
-Maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
-Ensures all calls and issues are logged, escalated and resolved within specified timeframe(Committed SLA)
Requirements :: -Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong determination, able to take pressure and work well in a fast pace environment.
-Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
