Description :: - Responsible to provide first level support for IT operations including IT systems and equipment’s in the Company outlets
- Responsible to deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed time frame
- Responsible to provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring
- Responsible to follow up and keep all people concerned on the progress of incidents/ cases
- Responsible to escalate to next level of support where necessary
- Responsible to perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :: - Diploma in Information Technology / Information System / Computer or equivalent
- Minimum with 1 year of working experience
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System
- Ability to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, and network problems
- Good service oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal clients approach and committed to exceed internal clients expectations
- Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
